When I try to open a hotmail message it opens a different message

When I try to open a hotmail message, it opens a different message. The only way I can get to the message I want to open is by scrolling from within the message it chooses to open.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
