Hi,

Something you installed has changed your browser user agent to report an old version.

You'll need to reset this as described here: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  2. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Search for useragent by typing it into the Filter field.
  4. Right-click on each of the three preferences listed below and select Reset from the context menu.
   general.useragent.extra.firefox
   general.useragent.locale
   general.useragent.security
  1. If they exist, you may also need to reset:
general.useragent.extra.productName - where productName can be the name of some third party software (e.g. microsoftdotnet).
   general.useragent.override

You have an item installed that is considered malware/spyware/adware, "My Web Search Plugin Stub".

  1. You can check if you have any of these from Web Products" installed:
  2. You MAY need to change a preference to reset your default URL/location bar search provider:
    • Enter about:config in the address/URL bar and press the Enter key
    • If you see a warning, accept it (Promise that you will be careful)
    • Filter = keyword.URL
    • Below the Filter, if keyword.URL is bold, right-click on keyword.URL and choose "Reset"
    • Restart Firefox (File > Restart Firefox)
  3. You MAY need to reset your homepage. Firefox can open multiple home pages. Home pages are separated by the "|" symbol.
