Are you asking what is the most current version of Firefox you can run on Windows 7?

The answer is Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.18.0esr and will be supported till at least 115.18.0esr in March 2025 unless Mozilla extends updates support again. Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-users-windows-7-8-and-81-moving-extended-support
