Missing text, or gibberish in Firefox

Running Windows 7, x32 with latest Firefox version. Things I've tried:

- PC restart(ofc) - updating video card drivers(no new updates) - refreshing Firefox - reinstalling Firefox(even when uninstalling/installing, the installation windows contain that small font gibberish) - every option in compatibility menu - running Firefox as administrator

Second option box should be "use hardware acceleration when possible", which I unchecked, but it did not help. Other browsers work just fine. Can't automatically get Firefox troubleshooting information, I've tried to do it in this broken Firefox and what is supposed to be "get troubleshooting information" button gives me a dropdown menu with some more gibberish options, which do nothing when clicked. Can't get it manually, because it would be in gibberish.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Yes, nothing changed.

Update. Thought maybe the problem lies in registry, so uninstalled Firefox and cleaned registry with Wise Registry Cleaner, Registry Mechanic and 360 Total Security, then reinstalled. Didn't help.

I downloaded the latest version on November 5th, so I assume no updates are needed then, since everything what's new is already in the install version.
