Firefox crashes all the time ever since I changed to Windows 10. I just checked on the list of crashes but there was no help offered.

The ID from the list is:

ID: 3f5cd499-d2e1-4b57-8a00-0872e2151108

If these crashes continue, I have no option but stop using Firefox.

In the past this has been reported as a Adobe Flash crash, according to the crash id that you provided. However I might first check to make sure that your extensions are all up to date, then check to make sure that the crash is not caused by a combination of extensions or add ons.

Please update your plugins to the latest version. Check to make sure you are up to date:

What you posted is a crash report from an old Firefox 19 version (crash date: Feb 26, 2013).

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
