If the toolbar is not in the add-ons list then I think that means it has not been installed. I would contact Norton Support. If you can't get a response from them then the next thing I would try would be to completely uninstall Norton and install again from scratch. You would need to ensure that you store the product key or whatever so that you don't lose the time remaining on your licence. I am not a Norton support person or even a Norton user so I don't know what exactly would be involved in this process. Norton Support should be your first port of call. I hope that helps. --Edward

Edward- Thanks for the info. need to work out how to speak to Norton Support vs the virtual Ray.

Needed to get Norton 360 vn 6 installed with help of Norton Support as via DIY it collapsed. Also noted the Norton Add-Ons were in Extensions.
