You will not get any response back, the info ( crash report) is a one way system designed to alert developers of any serious potential issues that need attention.
Have you noticed when this crash is occurring ? Does it occur upon startup? Does it occur when you are trying send an email?
Are you using thunderbird version windows32bit or windows64bit?
Have you tried uninstalling Thunderbird and downloading a fresh install of TB 68.4.2 windows32bit option from here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/
Does the crash still occur if you restart Thunderbird in Safe Mode ?

Hi Toad - Hall answers to your questions
1. all the crashes occur right after I send an email message 2. When I go into about in thunderbird it says 32 bit and my PC is 64bit sys 3. re in safe mode not sure 4. With regards to a re-install I am concerned that I will end up loosing many important email messages I have read info on it and there seems to be conflicting info regarding the lose of messages and folders etc
many thanks for your help so far
