Not much else to say. Error window pops up at different times. Usually soon after starting, sometimes repeatedly, others just a single time. Only thing updated on my system yesterday (5/23/19) just before the errors started was Firefox 67.0 64x and Mozilla Maintenance Service. I use the system every day and seems to me the FF update must be the culprit in some way.
Have an AMD HD 7900 3GB video card, not nvidia, if that makes a difference.

nvcuda.dll = NVIDIA Windows XP CUDA 2.0 driver
Open your system and see if there is an entry for NVIDIA Control Panel > Programs and Features.
No. No nvidia programs installed under Programs and Features.

There's no nvidia installed, like I said, so hard to see how a link telling me how to uninstall something that's not there in the first place would be of any help.
PS. For kicks I searched the registry for any references to nvcuda.dll, just to see if there's some reason for an program to expect it to be here. Sure enough, not a single hit on that file name.

That search was remove+NVIDIA
Open your file browser to the root directory C:\
Now search for nvcuda.dll Any results?

I know. As I said, no nvidia installed. My saying "... a link telling me how to install..." was just a typo that was fixed a couple minutes later to 'uninstall'. I also just check my computer and sure enough, no nvcuda.dll on my system (why would there be with no nvidia card or programs installed.)
All besides the point isn't it? Some program is giving me an error that this file isn't here when there's no reason it SHOULD be here as far as I can tell. The problem then isn't removing anything nvidia (that's already not here). It's either finding the offending program, or maybe adding nvcuda.dll just to see if that shuts it up. I think it's either Firefox or the Mozilla Maintenance service, because those are the only proggies that were installed/updated when on the day the issue started... but that's still just a guess.

Hello Dangermouse,
As I can't imagine this having anything to do with Firefox, I did some "looking around" .....
'Don't know if it will help, but I found these articles :

And :
Any good ?
Thanks for the help McCoy and FredMcd. Turns out, I think I was being bugged by a virus infected mvchost.exe.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
