I keep having email title headings disappear when I move the cursor over them or they get blacked and then Thunderbird crashes completely and has to restart

In my case it was only about 99% but it did it for me.

Go to Tools menu (alt+T) > options > advanced > general and turn off hardware acceleration. Better?
