you're using the beta version of adobe's flash plugin that is known to cause problems with youtube audio. you might want to uninstall it from the windows control panel and install the latest stable flash plugin from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (make sure to uncheck the "McAfee Security Scan Plus" checkbox first if you don't want to install the bundled software).
