emailing articles to others
Unable to send a newspaper article to others by email. At the top of the pop up is the statement " Choose an application to open the mailto link." Two choices, neither allows me to send the article to other. Choice 1. Firefox; choice 2. Choose other applications. Previously I had to show my email address and the recipients email address. I'm very frustrated and need help in simple terms and not in the jargon of an IT specialist.

Others have lost mailto options. Unfortunately, the ways to add them are technical. If the support article doesn't help you, you will have to copy the link and send it by your email provider or client.
