I have been all over your web site trying to update Firefox. I am running Windows 8.1. Your instructions say click on the Firefox and go to Help. First of all, I can't click on the fox, I can only click on the words beside it. That takes me to Help, but no "About" appears there as instructed. Bottom line is I cannot find any way to update to your new version. The instructions on your site simply do not match what comes up as an option.

Did you try go to Menu bar(Press F10 or Alt to see) >> Help >> About Firefox?
Go to Mozilla.org and get the full installer.
