I have been playing pogo for years and starting in June will not let me play most of games I have always played, it takes me to a blank white screen with facebook in address with like and will not load game. Was told to uninstall firefox and then reinstall it so need to know what to do

Before uninstalling/reinstalling, try this:
There are some compatibility issues between the latest Flash player and some Firefox add-ons or settings. Could you see whether anything in this article helps: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox.

It is not videos that I'm having trouble with its playing games on pogo it takes me to a blank white screen with facebook in address and like on page.Pogo tech told me to uninstall firefox and reinstall it so do not know what to do . Problem stated in June has played with no problem for years . So should I uninstall or try your suggestion first even though is not a video?
I think Pogo uses Flash, so please start with the Flash fixes.
Pogo mainly uses Java, so you can check if Java is working properly.
