BUG: Bookmarks: some sub-folders don't display.

When viewing Bookmarks from top drop-down menu and navigating into sub-folders, some sub-folders do not display. Opening "Show All Bookmarks", everything is visible...

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
