I have the reminder set 'ON' and it doesn't come on when I close down the program. It use to about 2-3 versions ago. But no longer. I have v 3.6.12

Are you reopening the pages automatically on the next start? Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
