Hi,

Please see image. I use emClient but wish to move over to Thunderbird as emClient is getting too bloated, slow and freezes.

However, I cant seem to be able to display all emails from the same customer in Mozilla. The uploaded image shows how you can see all emails from a selected customer in emClient.

Is this same view possible in Mozilla? If not, whats the alternative in Mozilla?

Thanks

If the contact is in one particular folder.

select folder In the 'Quick Filter Search' type the contact name or email address. Note: it does not search on the display name you created but will search on display name contact included with email - the data included in the From field of email. Select the 'Sender' filter option.

To remove filter - click on the small x located in the Search.

If you do not see the 'Quick Filter Toolbar': Menu app icon (3 lines) > View > toolbars > select 'Quick Filter Bar' You will find in same location ability to enable the 'Menu Bar' if you prefer using the top 'Menu Bar' - a more traditional menu.

To change view to sort: View > sort by> select 'group by sort' To remove: View > sort by> select 'threaded' or 'Unthreaded'

Hi Thanks for the response. However, this does not fully replicate my query as per the uploaded image.

This Contact could have emails moved to any number of folders eg Important, Completed, Quotes etc. In the uploaded image, the 4 x emails displayed in the right panel under the Contact Details, would be from all folders, even Sent (emails we have sent to this customer).

Do you mean to say that I should create a Folder for every Customer I wish to fully track emails for, and move all emails for that customer into their specific folder?
