I downloaded several files and I can see them when I click on the little arrow, but when I look for them in my computer downloaded file , they aren't there. I go back up to the little arrow and it shows the file was downloaded, but it's not in my computer . So when I went back up to the little arrow and right clicked on it to open --it worked, the file opened, but it never showed up on my computer. The next day I tried to find the file in my computer but no success. I went to Firefox drop down and under downloads the file showed up, but I couldn't do anything with it. So now I can't find it on my computer and it doesn't work when I use it from Firefox's drop down selection. I have downloaded several other files with no problem.
