I am trying to use Amazon Prime video and am getting a message saying Firefox is installing components for playing the audio or video on this page, try again later. This has gone on for several days. I had been able to use Prime video before. What is going on?

Hello there,

This could be cause by a corrupt add-on in your browser.

In order to troubleshoot this we'll need you to disable all your add-ons/extensions by going to:

1. Click on the "Menu" button on Firefox 2. Click on "Add-ons" 3. Click the "Disable" button on the side of each add-on

You can then relaunch Firefox and see if the issue still persists.

Hope this helps!

I disabled apps, didn't help. Uninstalled and re downloaded FF. Now it has gotten worse. It won't let me go to most any website sighting invalid security certificate. I tried "refreshing" FF to no avails still can't search. Very frustrating.
