How to add more than two email addresses for a contact in the address book?

I can only find very old threads and no solutions to this question. I want to add more than 2 email addresses for some contacts. I don't want to create extra card(s) for the same contact since I sync my contacts across other platforms (ie phone) and it gets messy. My phone can, of course, happily accept any number of email addresses for a single contact. Thanks

You can add up to 5 extra addresses if you have MoreFunctionsForAddressBook installed. I don't know if they will all sync across other platforms.

Thanks sfhowes - have installed it and it works ok in tbird but, just as you suspected, it doesn't sync across to gmail contacts. Seems odd (and outdated) that tbird allows for seven phone numbers (seriously, how many contacts have a legit pager number nowadays?!) and yet restricts emails to two. Wouldn't think it to be a big deal to expand it to 4 or 5 emails would it? eg Home, Work, Private, Other, Custom, etc

On Windows 10, I have my Hotmail and Gmail accounts set up in the Mail app, and so the contacts in the People app are synced over my other devices; each contact can have multiple addresses, and the info can be linked to one or both services.

I doubt we'll see this kind of flexibility in TB anytime soon, if ever.
