I can't find any information on that update. When was it released? Do you have any other information about it?

Edit: I think there might be an extra digit in your post.

Is it this one? MS11-053: Description of the update for Bluetooth Stack for Windows 7 and Windows Vista Service Pack 2: July 12, 2011 - KB2532531

I don't know why something related to Bluetooth would affect Firefox.

Its strange Windows forced the update through last night again and it hasn't crashed yet but the same thing happened yesterday then after a few hours passes it has problems I don't think its a virus/malware I mean I recently reinstalled Windows and there were over 90 updates that went through so far you think I should reinstall my OS again and manually install the updates?

I don't think you should rebuild Windows again unless you find serious problems. Or you like that sort of thing! I personally try to install small batches of updates at a time. However, this was easier in the old days of choosing updates from the website than using the tiny dialog in the built-in updater...

Well what do you think the problem is and what do you suggest?

Once you have the problem again, I would look at the following:

(1) Proxy settings

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > Advanced > Network > "Settings" button

If you have "auto-detect," try No proxy or Use system proxy settings and see whether that helps.

(2) Disable add-ons using Firefox's Safe Mode

First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)

Next, restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

In the Safe Mode dialog, do not check any boxes, just click "Continue in Safe Mode."

If the sites operate correctly -- you might need to re-enable Flash or a few other add-ons to fully re-create your normal browsing -- this points to an add-on or custom setting as the likely problem.

It's set for system proxy do you think if I did a complete uninstall(remove settings) of FF then reinstall could that also fix this? Note: It didn't happen again yet.
