Firefox has prented you from accesing this site. Allow. Why is this coming up

When changing a page very often a message comes up on the top left of my screen. "Firefox has prevented you from accessing this site"and on the right of the screen it says Allow. When I click on the "Allow"it allows me access. It happens very often even to trusted sites
