Several times a week, the New York Times has banner ads that expand whenever I open or reopen the page. That makes the rest of the page roll up and down over the course of the ad display. is there any way I can disable those ads?

Hi juls-

I would go to the Add-ons site and browse for ad block add-ons:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/

There are a number to choose from. I hope that helps.
