Hello,

When I save IMAP drafts on my desktop, they do not appear in "Drafts" on the gmail app on android but all other folders are correctly synced, including "Templates".

On my desktop I have one POP3 account and one IMAP account, both are seen correctly also on the gmail app on android with the exception of the above issue.

Could it be, since I did not add the gmail account which is on the phone also on the desktop, that Thunderbird is not able to access the drafts folder of gmail and therefore it is not possible to sync any drafts? However, as mentioned above, this issue does not happen with "Templates".

As a workaround I made on Thunderbird a folder called "new folder" and then through the settings set it up as destination for drafts (copies&folders\drafts and templates\keep draft messages in: other: "new folder" on IMAP account). With this workaround when I create a draft it's correctly saved to "new folder" both on the desktop and on the gmail app but of course I'd like to simply see these in "Drafts" on my phone.

Your kind help is greatly appreciated.

I can only report what I experience. I use Bluemail app on Android and it works fine with Gmail draft messages.
