I have a problem using a mailing list

more options

Following the instructions I found on here, I created a mailing list after a bit of trial & error. However, when I try to add this list to an email, the instrutions say I should be able to see the name of the mailing list under 'Personal Address Book', but I can't ! It appears to have the correct addresses on the email, but want to Bcc them as a group, rather than individually, as there are quite a lot, which I can't if the name of the mailing list isn't shown. How do I get around this ? TIA

Do you have the address book pane turned on in the compose window (f9) or are you looking for the name when you type into the BCC field?

I see mailing lists in both locations.

Thanks for your reply Matt, but as it was getting urgent, I added them one by one ! A few hours &coffee breaks later they were all where I wanted them to be. I did have the address pane open alongside the Write pane, and the addresses under "Change Email" mailing list were there individually, but no folder marked with that mailing list name, so there wasn't the option to mass list them on the email. Anyway, as I said, it's all done now, & hopefully I won't need to do it again.... :-)
