Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

• Clear the Cache and

• Remove Cookies
  Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

• Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.

Tried the Java update that did not work Also cleared cache and history that did not work

I did update java and checked that all add on are current still not working to view my bank with all the details

Which bank site are you using? I know there are many banks out there but maybe one of us is using the same bank as you and can check on our end. If not, we can search for any reports matching your bank of Firefox not showing checks or deposit slips and see if someone has found a workaround or reason for the problem.
