I can no longer start thunderbird.
First, it asked to update; after the update, it said that the english language package was incompatible.
Since then, every time I start thunderbird, following error appears:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul Line Number 37, Column 1:<window id="messengerWindow" ^ </p>
What can I do to fix this? I need to access my emails!
Chosen solution
Clearly something has gone wrong with the update.
Control Panel > Programs and Features Select 'Mozilla Thunderbird and click on uninstall.
then download and install Thunderbird from the following link. Choose language and OS type. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all.html
