Hi

My firefox suddenly stops working, it crashes on every tab I open.

I tried the troubleshoot mode (safe mode), tried refreshing firefox, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried cleaning the firefox folder and registry manually and then restart, ... everything that I could find on web, it just keeps crashing.

In "about:crashes" tab, it shows nothing, so I dont know what I can provide for diagnosis.

Please advise, thanks.

Hum.. solved by reinstalling firefox with default location(aka c disk). I always install app in a non-system disk, never had problem until this. I guess I'll have to stick with this solution for now, but I still want to install it in non-system disk as there is not much space left for the c disk, so if anyone knows anything about this, any advise will be much appreciated.

Do you have any third-party antivirus or security software?

Does it still crash if you reboot into Windows Safe Mode with networking enabled?

Thanks for replying. No I dont have any 3rd party antivirus installed, and yes, it still crashes even with Windows safe mode. Looks like my computer is cursed lol

Is the non-system disk removable or always connected? A momentary disconnection could lead to crashes.
