I have a HP computer and a HP 5740 printer and we recently installed Mozilla Thunderbird. I was trying to scan a document for an email and it indicated that internet based email accounts are not supported. Please help.

Thunderbird is email client software and not an Internet email provider. You need to contact HP for help operating their printer.
