firefox is working but the icon is a sheet of paper

when I put the cursor over the house in the upper right corner a box shows on the upper left that says http://Vosteran.com/?f= there is more but lengthy. The icon in the tray at the bottom is sheet of paper with the to right corner folded. No fire ball type icon.
