I have intermitent problems loading Facebook, 70% of the time it will not let me.

Some times I can log onto FB and ten mins later no joy. For example this morning i logged on no problem once since the no joy for the last three hours! this has been going on for four weeks please help.

I am now having problems using outlook express. I can get to the logg in page but very slow. Once I have logged in I get a scrambled page mostly text Headers down the LHS of the page.
