I have a desktop and a laptop. Both have identical configurations for Firefox, plugins, add-ons, versions, Windows 8.1 64-bit, permissions. Videos play just fine on my desktop. But the only difference is when I try to play a video on my laptop in the foxnews.com website in normal Firefox mode, videos don't play. If I go to other websites, they do. If I try to play the video in foxnews.com in safe mode, it plays also. If I try foxnews.com video with Firefox in normal mode and all plugins disabled, the video still doesn't play. I have the latest video graphics drivers. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

I found the problem. If the Firefox Privacy Option "Always use private browsing mode" checkbox is checked, some websites' Adobe Flash videos will not play. To make them play, uncheck this checkbox.
