The options for reducing the size of a web page are offered via the square and dash signs at the top right hand of the page. In my case the square does not work - it simply leaves the page at the original size. My only option is to use the dash which reduces the page to its minimum - an icon on the task bar.

The middle icon switches between maximized and resizable. When the window is resizable, you can click and drag up from the lower right corner to resize the window.

Have a good day!
