How can I download FF for Windows 7 to a Linux machine and CD?
The Windows machine is new and without a connection to internet. It is only on a private network. In the past I was able to select Firefox for Windows from the Linux Ubuntu 8.04, download it there, and create a CD. The CD was used to install the Firefox on the Windows machine. It has served me flawlessly for several years. Now the main download page decides that I can only download a Linux version. The download page for languages and systems does not allow the selection of English-US. Is there a trusted site where I could download Firefox for Windows 7 (32 bit), preferably ver. 26.0?

The http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ lists all languages of Firefox including three English choices for Windows, Mac OSX and 32-bit and 64-bit Linux.
English (British) English (South African) English (US)
Why do you want a old vulnerable version such as Firefox 26.0 ?

Hello,
You can try get here:
Can't you download from here?
Thank you Strong Light, I have now downloaded about 29MB exe file I expected. However, I am certain that the "All Languages" did not include the third entry English (US) at least twice this afternoon, just before I asked the question. I do make my share of errors, but I know it, and I check... So, is there a glitch in the page or perhaps an update? The download is ver. 29.0; this is fine with me, I just wanted to keep the same version as my Linux. Thanks to Diego Victor too, I took note of the ftp site for future reference.

The preferred way to download Firefox is via the CDN server network.
Repeat_User, the primary language for Firefox is en-US (for Releases and development versions) so it would be odd if it was not listed on http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
