How to maintain and automatically update Firefox ESR?

more options

We want to roll out Firefox ESR 64-bit and maintain it. We have a product called SolarWinds patch manager. That has all the updates for regular Firefox quantum and ESR but only in 32-bit.

Since our patch manager application does not maintain a repository of ESR in 64-bit, we are forced to manually keep this rolled out and updated.

How are other organizations ensuring that a deployment of ESR 64-bit stays up to date with the latest security patches, automatically? If the browser does this automatically, then we need some URL's to add to our webfilter to ensure these updates are able to be downloaded by the client browser.

I opened a ticket with SolarWinds to inquire why they are not maintaining a 64bit version of Firefox 60.x.x ESR. I'm not sure what else to use for patch management yet as I have not had time to research alternatives.

I'm very new to this . however learning about how to manage your settings in a browser due to the fact of keeping out unwanted spyware, hijacker or any unwanted server phishing info.
