Thank you for contacting support. I have the best test for you to see if its working. This link below is the Mozilla Developer Network page for developing geolocation. It has a test on it that will prompt the location in the browser: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/d.../Using_geolocation

If you scroll to the yellow box an click on "Show my location" a pop up will show in the left corner: [see pictures]

If this works then the location is not disabled and is working. However, if you can clarify if it is geolocator the add on or what site is using geolocator that is not working we are happy to further investigate the steps to troubleshoot the location.

hi, the location is working. iam using the geolocator add on on firefox. i enter an address and it finds the location, but cannot save the location. i have used it for a year now no problem, then all my saved locations disappeared and now cannot save a new location. how can i fit it?

Unfortunately we cannot support problems with add-ons on this site as they are built and submitted by 3rd party developers - not by Mozilla. I suggest you get in touch with the add-on developer to report the issue. They may be able to help.

Is this the addon you are having trouble with? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/geolocater/

If so then it looks like the add-on has not been updated to work with recent versions of Firefox. The top review reports that it has not worked since v23 of Firefox.
