When I print an invoice from a web site that should print 8 1/2 X 11", it will print the invoice on 3 pages and prints 1/3rd of the invoice on each page and the printing is very very small and printed in a 4" x 7" space in the lower left corner of an 812" x 11" page. If I print a "Shipping label" off of eBay, it prints 3" x 5" when it should print 5" x 8". When I print off of internet explorer it prints fine. I have an HP Photosmart C4480 all in one printer. Do I need to download a driver that will correct this problem?

Adjust the print scale: File > Page Setup > "Format & Options": Scale (deselect: "Shrink to fit page width")

This did not help. There was no change in the printing of any documents. I am using an HP Photosmart C4480 all in one printer. Every thing I print from any website when in Firefox as my browser prints this way. Thanks, Gene
