slide isn't work

I have problem when i need to see the slide from teams meeting. I can't see the slide or presentation with the fire fox programs.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files. Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems. "Clear the Cache": Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

- use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
