My mobile bookmarks have gone missing. I think the reason is that I bought a new iPad and transferred everything over to the new one automatically using the Apple transfer feature. My bookmarks made it over to the new iPad, but the mobile ones did not...and were then gone from my old iPad as well.

One clue: on the new iPad, the folder at the top is now called 'desktop bookmarks.' Anyway, all of the advice about mobile bookmarks on this site entails navigating to the profile on a desktop for a prior version...which is not possible on an iPad. Help getting the bookmarks back would be most welcome!

Hi

Is your old device signed into your Firefox Account? If so, you can use Firefox Sync to bring your bookmarks over from your old device. This support article will help:

No, I had not set up synch and save on my previous iPad or signed into my Firefox account (I have one, but hadn't signed in on the iPad).
