Retrieving bookmarks
I recently got a new hard drive installed on my PC. My computer guy said all I had to do was log into my account and it would automatically load all my bookmarks that I had saved in Firefox/Mozilla. It didn't, and now I don't know how to proceed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott, sorry to hear Sync didn't work for you. It definitely works best when both installations of Firefox are connected simultaneously.
Do you have any backups from your old hard drive, or access to it as an external drive?
It's possible that when you logged into sync, the servers thought the old data had been deleted and deleted that data on the servers.
