How are accounts and folders moved and/or reordered in the Folder Pane
I found an archived solution to this from two years ago, but it isn't relevant to and didn't work in Thunderbird 78.10.1, which I have. I need to reorder accounts, putting them together at the top of the various folders, and then do some changing of folder positions from strictly alphabetical to a more useful means of organization.

Does not work with version 78 :-(
