How to get back Thunderbird 68 folder icons in Thunderbird 78? (Not the ones in the Phoenity Icons extension.)

Thunderbird 78 has new folder icons. I find those much worse than the ones in Thunderbird 68. See: picture
I know I can give colors to simple forlders in Thunderbird 78, but they still look worse.
Can I get back my old Thunderbird 68 icons somehow in Thunderbird 78?
I know there is a Phoenity Icons extension and that provides better icons than the ones in TB 78, but the ones in TB68 would be the best solution for me. Please create an option for TB78 to get back the TB68 icons! And the new folder icon color change function should work with the old TB68 folder icons to...

There is recent question that answers this. Have a look at the following. Three options are listed, manual colours of current folders, auto colouring of current folders and third option discusses getting the old folders back. You will need some of the info included at the start of option 2, but then follow the code of option 3. It would be nice to have this as a display option in settings of TB 78! So people could easily turn it on/off.
