Permanently disable: Do you want FF to remember your location?
About config, dom.webnotifications.enabled, change to false does not work. How do I fix this?
Thank you.

Note that some websites may not work properly if you disable Geo location via geo.enabled = false as they rely on seeing this feature listed in navigator.geolocation (Web Console: navigator.geolocation = undefined) and may consider your browser as unsupported.

you have to set "geo.enabled" to false to remove that question and permanently set it to "no"
You can find a You can check to block further requests at the bottom of the pop-up that opens if you click the Settings button on the Options/Preferences page.
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Permissions -> Location -> Settings

I have most of obvious location-finding settings off. I realize that I am NOT hidden, but I am willing to chance breaking a page or two and having to retrace my steps.
Will worry about it later. If I forget, I will check "my questions."
Thank you for clarifying potential issues.
The above mentioned setting in "Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Permissions -> Location" is in the user interface to disable prompts asking to share the location.

Block new requests asking to access your location
You are still a little too technical, but that's okay. I am familiar with those settings and it appears I only blocked one website.
I think that when I am asked re location, it is often a website I visit ONCE (and done).
Thank you for further clarifying, cor-el.

If you tick the checkbox at the bottom of the settings pop-up the Firefox won't ask you anymore when a website ask you for permission to access the location. If you would want some website to grant permission then you can still create an allow exception, possibly via "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions".
I now understand completely and I greatly appreciate your persistence.
I share NOTHING, unless I absolutely must. Privacy is more important than almost anything. Doesn't everybody feel that way? (Kidding - I know they don't.)
Thank you, cor-el.
It might be useful for checking the local weather, that is my main usage.
I use Weather Underground and have it remember my preferred location.
Do the same thing on tablet, which is far more private because I only use it for personal.
But, ah, yes. Of course, weather!!!
Thank you.
