Creating an event at say 10:00am in the Event Dialog creates and event in the calendar at 11:00am.
This just started happening within the last few weeks. When I create a new event the time that I select from the drop down is not the time that gets entered as the Start: time. The Start: time is earlier by one hour. Then, when I save the event, it saves it with the earlier time in the calendar view, but when I open the event up, the event view shows it yet another hour earlier. So for example, if I create an event and select a time of 12:00pm, the dialog actually shows 11:00am. I save the event and the time in the calendar is 11:00am. But when I open the event to look at it, the dialog now shows 10:00am. See the attached screen capture. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?
I have used Thunderbird and Lighting for years and this just started happening within the past few weeks. I can't pinpoint the date exactly as I was away for a few weeks, but this has certainly started within the past month.

I don't see that in TB 68.1.1, but I also have a Timezone defined in Tools/Options/Calendar/General (see picture), so I wonder if that causes your result.

Hmmm, interesting. My About window tells me that "Thunderbird is up to date" but I am running 60.9.0 so clearly I am not up to date.
I just downloaded 68.1.1 and updated Thunderbird and I no longer am experiencing this weird behavior.
Of course this now begs the question, why did the About window say I was up to date when clearly I wasn't....but....all is good now. Thanks for the reply.
Auto-updates from 60 to 68 won't be enabled until 68.2 or later is produced. So, you are (were) up-to-date. An update may be applied by selecting Help/About TB, or downloading the full installer, as you did.
