Hello - I work for a small I.T. Company that uses Thunderbird email quite often for our customers. I just ran across something new, and need some help! We have a customer that has four separate email accounts on his system, and he'd like to have it set-up to automatically print any incoming email to the one account. I installed the FiltaQuilla Add-on and set up a rule, but it's not working quite as expected. I've attached a screen shot of my Rule. You will see that I want to print incoming messages, then move them to a separate folder. I have been testing, and, when the message comes in, it prints, however, it's a pretty-much blank page - it only shows the time and date at the bottom-right of the page. However, when I go to the message in Thunderbird and do File - Print, it prints as expected. It seems like I'm "CLOSE," but obviously missing something! Can anyone please help!!!??? Thank you!

It's as if the message is moved before the printer can read it. Does it make any difference if you copy instead of move? Or make the action Move Later? You might get a clue by enabling the filter log.
