Screenshots Won't Save Images
I have two computers running Firefox 56.0. On one of the computers, the Screenshots module works exactly as it is supposed to. On the other, however, it is unable to locate previously taken screenshots. I am able to start the process, select an area to copy, and save the copy. It appears in a new tab. However, when I click on the Screenshots icon again and choose "My Shots," it is unable to find anything. It just takes to a screen that shows a small animal shrugging saying "Looking for your shots," then takes me back to the Firefox Screenshots Getting Started page. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it? I have another (third) (laptop) computer running version 57 and it doesn't work there, either, although the problem is different.

What software are your using for screen shot?

This is likely about the Firefox screenshot extension.
Sounds that the GUID or user id that is used to authenticate on the server is lost or corrupted. My Shots: https://screenshots.firefox.com/shots
If you haven't saved a direct link to your saved screenshot then they are probably lost or have expired.
Yes, it is the Firefox screenshots extension. If the GUID used to authenticate on the server is lost or corruted, do you have any idea how to fix that?
No, save them locally in default download location
Note that the Save button saves the screenshot to internet. The Download button saves the screenshot to the default Downloads folder as set in Options/Preferences.
