I have only used Firefox once and uninstalled it, because of glitches and to many bugs but now after almost 5 months of not using it, Firefox appears on my desktop and on my task bar, without me reinstalling it, i have deleted it countless time from program file, even on the key register yet it keeps popping up? and its getting on my nerves.

If you do not plan to reinstall Firefox or recover any of your Firefox browser data (bookmarks, passwords, etc.), could you check whether you have any of these folders and remove them:

Program Files: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox C:\Program Files\Mozilla Maintenance Service

Note: If you cannot remove the maintenance service folder, it may be running in the background. To shut off services, you can use a program named services.msc to stop it. Please see attached screenshot.

For this next set of folders, you may need to set Windows to show hidden files and folders. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Data Files C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox

As a separate matter, if you get a search toolbar across the top of your desktop with a Firefox logo on the left and a couple website buttons on the right, check your Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, for a third party product called Web Bar. Not affiliated with Mozilla.
