i have an unrooted Android Kit-Kat 4.4.2 so I believe I'd need an exact file address in order to "download"/save it from the hard drive. i need browsing history due to an earlier, apparently possibly lost/deleted posted issue with an entry there causing crashes, and i need the profile to backup for settings and especially add-ons due to malware for which i may have to do a factory reset. i "opened" Firefox either yesterday or the day before and all my windows were gone, but it never crashed and i have it set to restore last session, so i need to "manually" restore from that.

The Firefox for Android profile is stored in the application area of the phone. It is not accessible to unrooted users.

even if i have the exact file address, not just browse the folder? Android won't let me view the file:///... of my external SD card, but if i give it any folder therein, it'll give me that.

i've got the Mobile Profiles add-on, so if i create a profile or back-up all of Firefox with that, it should be in that and accessible, yeah? what would they be under and/or what file names (since Android doesn't read folder names)?
