Why is my Junk mail setting all of a sudden marking all my email as junk and moving to the junk mail folder?
When opening up my email this morning, all of a sudden they disappeared into my Junk mail folder. These were all valid emails that had not been previously marked as Junk. When I tried to retrieve them back, they each were automatically marked Junk and moved back to the junk folder. I tried unmarking each individually and as a batch. As soon as I designated not junk, I watched them get marked and moved. I have turned off the Junk mail options for now, but that is one of my favorite things about Thunderbird that I like. Why is this happening all of a sudden? I am currently running Windows 10, and had not been having an issues until today (8/29).

What email provider? Is the account IMAP or POP? Does your anti virus have a spam filter?
It is set up as POP, and I am using Windows Defender. After I updated to Windows 10 I had no issues initially when I set up the email accounts. The email service I am using is through my cable company. I have never encountered this kind of problem with Thunderbird before. I was literally watching as the emails were marked and moved. Then when I marked them all as "not junk" and moved them back to the inbox I watched them all get marked and moved again. I turned off the junk mail settings in Thunderbird to stop this for now until I can get the problem fixed, hopefully.
