How do you install Firefox on a Dell Inpiron 14 with 3GB memory, 250 GB hard drive with Windows 7. I cannot get it to install.

I have tried to download firefox deveral times. I turned off my anti virus and deleted my temp files folder with no results. I am not getting any error messages or a message that says my computer isnt big enough or that I do not meet system requirements.
