Firefox would be the best browser if Mozilla ALLOWED US TO MOVE TABS AND BOOKMARKS so that we could keep tabs about the same topic together.

But Mozilla doesn't seem to be concerned with such a simple and basic function, nor the users that request it. We used to be able to move tabs (like in my list of 55 tabs), but with the last update...

Not only can we not move tabs to group them, but an accidentally closed tab that is "undone" is put at top of page, away from its other related tabs. Many good changes, but one really bad one. Please allow us to move tabs.

You can move tabs with drag & drop or with Ctrl+Shift+PageUp/PageDown. You can also move bookmarks with drag & drop.

You can search the Add-ons website for a suitable extension.

You can group tabs with the add-on "Tree Style Tab". https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/

Hi Susan, your question is under Firefox for Windows/Mac/Linux, but you posted using Firefox for Android, according to the way your browser identified itself.

Is the problem on Windows/Mac/Linux or on Android? If it's on Android, a moderator can move your question to that board.

jscher2000, my apologies. I didn't realize that I was in the wrong area. Yes, my concern is with Android. And no, on Android one cannot drag and drop. Also, why should we have to use an add on extension to do a simple thing like move our tabs? Used to be able to move as a matter of course. Would like to be able to move collections, too.

Thank you.

Hi

The collections feature in Firefox for Android is designed for you to be able to group tabs together.
